The VSP generator is still warm and sticky from all the ales we had to pour into it to keep it from overheating in Paris. Who would have guessed Froomey would have won again? Well, he won’t win this because he isn’t racing, probably too busy racing the criteriums. Last year’s winner should be back and ready to repeat. It is amusing that the UCI oversees these criteriums despite everybody knowing they are often rigged, riders collude, results questionable. Who cares.
Clásica San Sebastián is crowded with Tour de France survivors and those who aren’t dead should be ready to tear it up. Here is a start list to chew on. You all know what to do, what’s on the prize list and who Pedro Dalgado is. And yes, we missed another Women’s race. We do indeed suck. We are suffused with shame. We are bad males. But that has been obvious for about seven years running so moving on…this race is on Saturday and Delgado is Spanish. Be careful and good luck.

Maybe tweak it to be the "Fisherman's Friend"?
Delgadoed...and that for a classic won by our own fire-in-the-belly Mollema the Avenger.
Anyway, I presume the cap he wore at the celebration is the only possible exception to the real cycling cap.

Mollema signed my copy of the Rules against Rule #5 - true story
@wiscot
Yes! Eugh, I fucking hate those things. I imagine that they are not dissimilar to eating embrocation salve.
@mulebeatsdrums
Amazing that they still make them. In all of my 50+ years I've only ever seen one person eat one.
@Steve Trice
I'd forgotten about those. Used to love 'em. The Marmite of sweets?
@Teocalli
I love 'em! They are Rule #5 sweets.
In fact, might start taking a few for particularly cold/wet rides.
