Velominati Super Prestige: Trofeo Alfredo Binda 2015

Welcome to the start of the Women’s VSP 2015 series. Well, the Ronde van Drenthe really should be the start but Milano-Sanremo is Velominati’s starter so here we are. To catch up on Ronde van Drenthe check Podium Café for some fresh video and pondering.

Trefeo Alfredo Binda, 127 km, in Northern Italy, a race for climbers, descenders and speedsters. This can’t end up in a grouppo compatto bunch sprint. And Marianne Vos and defending champion Emma Johansson are not racing so everyone’s crystal ball better be polished up. Here is the official website and a start list for the race.

Women’s VSP points count just as much as for the men’s racing so sharpen your pencils, break out the slide rulers and open a bottle of beverage alcohol. Buona Fortuna.
